Building fund offering: September 26. We will be meeting for the first time at our new property! Join us at 11am on the corner of Church Hill Rd. and Culbertson Rd. for a worship service, building fund offering and meal to follow. Let's see what God provides again!
Our current stated goal is to have $125k by the summer of 2023. This would give us the ability to put 50% down on our loan for the projected cost of our building project. Any extra that we are able to raise will either increase our percentage of down payment, or will allow us to increase our budget for the building. God is very generous to us!
We are now owners of 4050 Church Hill Road! Praise the Lord, we have finalized the purchase of this piece of property just 2 miles from our current location. While still being in our same vicinity, and even still being on the road named for our church, this location will offer room to expand as well as easier access to SR 93. Thank you to all who have prayed and given! What we are praying for: - Signatures. We still need three more signatures to wave some deed restrictions before we can be prepared to build once the money is raised. Without these signatures, the construction will not be stopped, just postponed until 2023 - Wisdom. There will be many decisions to be made as we start planning for the new church building - Finances. Thank the Lord, we were able to purchase the land with cash! However, now we will be continuing to raise money for the building. God has already shown His generosity and supernatural orchestration of events in this process, and we are confident that He will continue to do so!
